Quotes and scope
Every project begins with written confirmation of the included pages, features, supplied materials, timing and price. Work outside that confirmed scope is quoted separately.
Payments
Payment stages and due dates are determined in writing before work begins. Work may pause when an agreed payment is overdue.
Client-supplied content and licences
Unless copywriting or image sourcing is quoted separately, you supply final text, branding and images in a usable format. You are responsible for ensuring supplied material can legally be used and does not infringe another party’s rights.
Revisions
The standard $600 package includes one consolidated round of reasonable revisions. Further rounds, new content or changes to the agreed direction may be quoted separately.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing. You may need to pay for work already completed and third-party costs already committed.
Domains, hosting and third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, email, premium software, payment fees and other third-party services are separate unless expressly included in writing. Those services remain subject to their providers’ terms, pricing and availability.
Ownership
Once the agreed project balance and applicable third-party costs are paid, you own the approved website content and finished custom website work, excluding third-party software, licences and services governed by their own terms.
Ongoing support
Updates, maintenance, backups, technical support and future changes are separate from the website build unless an ongoing arrangement is agreed in writing.
